ePMX is a web based purchasing management solution for businesses of all sizes. It offers modules for requisitions, purchasing, receiving, quotation management, invoicing, and inventory management. The software offers requisition of items directly from online catalogs as well as in free-form mode. It features purchase order system for direct importing of requisitions. Paper-based printing and transmitting of requisitions is eliminated and a multi-level approval process is offered for preventing items from being ordered without approvals. It also offers automated approval workflows and automated notifications.Purchasing capabilities of the software include requisition conversion, modification and printing of POs, and historical reporting. For receiving management, auto-receiving of multiple partial shipments is offered along with two-way matching of items on PO. For quotation management, the software offers creation of RFQs and issuing of RFQs to multiple vendors. Other capabilities include inventory tracking, order generation, and invoicing management.
