TriNet Expense is a web based expense reporting and management solution for businesses of all sizes. It offers such services as credit card integration, receipt management, spend control, and others. The software was designed and launched by TriNet Group Inc headquartered in California, United States.

Major industries where it can be used include banking and finance, retail and wholesale, automation and manufacturing, engineering services, and others. Main features and functionalities

The software manages the entire expense reporting process over the web, eliminating the need of manual data entry and spreadsheets. Expenses can be imported from banks, credit cards, and in the form of CSV reports in addition to entering them from the free mobile expense apps. Support is also offered for 160 currencies with the option of additional information with each expense.

TriNet Expense facilitates recording and tracking of mileage and transport optimization. It also allows uploading of scanned receipts and emailing them through private email address. The software also offers invoice management, spend control, time tracking, and credit card integration etc.
