What is Factorial?

FactorialHR is a cloud based integrated suite or standalone module that offers human resources (HR) solution. Key features include an organizational chart generator, a time off manager, a document manager and more. FactorialHR enables employers and HR department experts to manage the holiday absences and sick leaves for their employees.

It allows the user to accept or reject employee requests directly. The users can also track the compensation of the employees and offer customized compensation plans to different employees. The employee portal lets the employees access their accounts to request for holidays or to inform their employers of sick leaves and check their paychecks.

The portal also enables the managers to communicate and share resources with their team members. It offers support via phone and email. The supported operating system(s) includes a Web browser (OS agnostic) and Windows 10.
