FieldAware Features

FieldAware’s Scheduling and Dispatch module is structured to ensure that the right service personnel are assigned to the right job and within the right timeframe. This is achieved through real-time location tracking of personnel, job status updates and easy work rescheduling or reassignment to maximize the work allocation of the relevant service personnel.

Customer management is also supported which includes account information, service history, location and preferences. This can be accessed by service personnel to better address current problems as well as provide quotes on site for new products or services that might be of benefit to customers. Additionally the service management team can proactively address potential new problems and the services development team can offer new services that may be beneficial to the customer based on their previous service history.

There is also support for a full automated work order management cycle. This includes the ability to create, edit, approve, decline, pause or complete both estimates and work orders on site, but with real time updates to the company through the solution. This together with the provision of onsite customer approval, timesheet monitoring and automatic invoice generation based on billable hours, ensures both revenue booking and realization in the field improving the efficiency of the service operations.

FieldAware provides full support for mobile device access as well via smart phone and tablets to enable real-time communication between field personnel and the company, and additionally there is a suite of reporting options and dashboards available to track performance, productivity, costs and revenue for the entire service operation.
