It is designed to bring an optimal efficiency level to the workflow of field operations and is powered by Force.com secure cloud platform to protect users business information.

Some key features on FieldAX are dispatcher board, online payment tracking, inventory management, and technician live tracking. This app is a product of Merfantz Technologies Pvt. Ltd, an information technology and services company with a workforce of about 40 employees. The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

FieldAX pricing is based on three plans termed Basic, Standard, and Enterprise.

The standard plan is priced at $35 per user per month (annual billing only), and it comes with a maximum of 100 user accounts, all features on the basic plan, and extras such as time card and dispatch dashboard.

The enterprise plan comes with unlimited user accounts, all features on basic & standard, and extras such as online payment integration and project management; the plan price is only available upon request.
