Founded in 1999 in the US, Verizon connect work helps the user manage the work orders and schedule the employees to work. The field service management feature helps the user keep the mobile workers on track which helps increase their productivity.

It connects the people, equipment, and customers to enable the user to run their businesses better. An online dashboard allows the user to view the entire workforce in real-time.
