What is FortiVoice phones?
FortiVoice is an on-premise business VoIP solution designed for offices and distributed networks with different types of phone users. The core features include auto attendants, voicemail, ring groups and dial-by-name directory and more. The solution supports connections with the public switched telephone network (PSTN).The solution offers total call control as well as other communication features suitable for good customer service and to help handle calls professionally, stay connected everywhere and control the cost of communication. The web portal enables the user to view their call logs and manage or configure their own messaging as well as access to different challenges.
The solution offers SIP trunking service that is called Forticall which is for a one-vendor solution. From the drop-down menu in the administrative interface, the administrators can pick the VoIP provider that is certified to work with the Fortivoice. The solution also offers multiple call routing possibilities for different extensions. It provides a free demo.
