It is a product of Gainsight Company founded in 2009 in the United States and is deployable through the cloud, web, and SaaS.

It offers training through Live Online, Webinars, and documentation as well as in person. Its main features include a 360° Customer View, Lifecycle Management, and Experience Health among others.
