GoCo is a modern cloud based human resource, payroll, and benefits solution built for small and medium sized businesses of between 20 200 employees. GoCos HR software helps organizations to automate the process of gathering necessary documents for the newly recruited talent, sign up hired candidates in benefits plans as well as including employees to the company payroll system. It also allows the employees to request for time offs, make benefits changes and payments using the self service option.

GoCo HR is a product of GoCo Company founded in 2015 in the United States. The key features of GoCo software include Benefits Management, Compensation Management, Employee Database, and Employee Lifecycle Management among others. The solution is cost free, and can be deployed through Cloud, SaaS, Web and offers training through Live Online. It also offers support through Online and during business hours. The software solution supports Mac OS, and Web browser (OS agnostic) operating systems.
