GoToMeeting comes with desktop or application sharing, one-click recording, keyboard and mouse control sharing, drawing tools, HD video conferencing, one-click meetings and audio including features. It’s easy to start ad-hoc meetings instantly or schedule meeting for the future using mobile dedicated apps or from PC or Mac devices. The software supports recording the entire meeting including audio from microphone and phone. Users can also experience true collaboration with HD video conferencing support.

Users can share their mouse and keyboard control with others to allow others edit files on screen. The drawing tool can allow users to draw and highlight things on screen and text chat with each other. If you are not interested to do a video conference, the software offers a stand-alone audio conferencing tool. You can also brand your meetings with your company logo.
