The features include claims scrubbing, quotes/estimates, compliance tracking, insurance eligibility verification, business intelligence, in-practice consultations, telehealth, and billing.

Moreover, the feature set is limited to consultations and claims. The target user audience of HARP is small, medium, and large-sized organizations searching for medical billing and claims management software. Also, only the Desktop version is available for HARP. There is no mobile app or web app to allow users to access Harp from anywhere at any time.
