It has features like web and app messaging, live chat, advanced automation, and advanced analytics to help mobile apps increase customer engagement. Helpshift, Inc. which created Helpshift was founded in 2012 with up to 200 employees. It is headquartered at San Francisco, California and specializes in Mobile support, Customer Service, Customer Support, iOS, Android, and CRM.

AnswerHub is a cloud-based or on-premise which provide customer support services to small to large enterprises. AnswerHub pricing is at the same range Helpshift. Both have self-service support and analytics features. However, AnswerHub has gamification and engagement functions wherein users earn badges and build their own brand profile, a feature than Helpshift does not offer.

AnswerHub has integration with Slack, Zendesk, and Jira Software unlike Helpshift. Both have good vendor reputation online but Helpshift is more comprehensive help desk software than AnswerHub because of its AI Bot assisted services.

OrangeCRM is help desk and CRM cloud-based software which serves the same clients size as Helpshift.but on a lower price. When features are being concerned, OrangeCRM has more applications to offer for maintaining and improving customer relations like budget management, email marketing and customer care.

OrangeCRM also has payment systems, banking services, and shipping which Helpshift does not have. OrangeCRM has higher customer reviews online but Helpshift is more helpful as a help desk software.

Helpshift pricing is above the average cost of help desk software in the market. Helpshift has three plans: Essentials, Business, and Elite. Essentials is the starter pack with digital customer service tools such as web and mobile in-app messaging and help center, live chat, email ticketing, agent and case management, time-based and new issue automation, and knowledge management.

The Business plan has all Essentials functions plus load balancing, auto assignment, flexible queues, advanced analytics, time-based automation, and optimized routing for efficiency, cost reduction, and self-service.

Lastly, Elite offers Business systems plus time-based automation (in seconds) AI-powered answer bot, teams management, real-time operations, third-party apps, and elite API rate. It also has 3rd party integrations and available in 19 languages.
