HiringThing comes with social media integration, resume importer, application form builder, online job posting, referral programs and background checking features. Users can post their jobs on dozens of job boards for free and also purchase premium job board placements in multiple places in seconds. As the software is integrated with social media, it is easy to use sites like Facebook and Twitter for your preferred candidate search. The rich administrative interface of HiringThing will help you to post job openings online easily and quickly.

Users can keep track of applicant status and notes for each person, pass resumes to other employees for review, and send letters automatically to applicants from the administrative interface. The software is completely hosted so there is nothing to worry about purchasing servers or installation. It is easy to rank applications and gauge each candidate capability using the integrated screening questions. The software is fully customizable so you can prepare the software to ensure that it is hiring the way you want it to.

HiringThing pricing depends on the number of active jobs a client posts, starting from three. A 14-day free trial is available for new users, and the free trial covers five active jobs. For three active jobs, HiringThing pricing starts at $62 per month.

For five active jobs, pricing starts at $100 per month. Pricing starts at $177 per month for ten jobs, $208 per month for 15 jobs, and $261 per month for 20 jobs, and it goes all the way to 300 active jobs, priced at $1,253 per month.
