The talent center can help employees to align employee goals with strategic goals, make the communication with managers and employees simpler, improve decision making about performance and compensation matters and do away with Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. The employee performance manage module offers enterprise level functionality, set goals, review and approval, employee journal, 360 multi-rater feedback, competency library and career management functionality.
The applicant tracking module can help users to manage the entire recruitment process by offering on-line application receiving feature, creating job descriptions and requisitions, assign pre-screening questionnaires, manage the approval process and post positions to both internal and external career sites.
