Main features and functionalities

HRToolbench provides a modular architecture built around a core module which is the Job Description that defines a company’s ideal workforce requirements. The product includes libraries of benchmarked jobs, competencies and job content to build these descriptions quickly. This is then used as the foundation for all the talent management processes against which employees are evaluated against in the system. Therefore all the additional modules can be utilized based on the customer’s specific requirements.

There is a Candidate Selection module that covers identification, interviewing and competency ranking to ensure best fit for defined job requirements. Additionally there is a 360 Feedback module to gain feedback from co-workers on a given employee’s knowledge and performance. HRToolBench also provides a Performance Management module that allows assignment of personal performance goals by managers to each employee. This can then be used as the basis for evaluation & collaboration on employee productivity, both to recognize high performers and determine those that need further development.

The product also has a Compensation module that has a job evaluation modeler integrated with a salary market analyzer drawn from external sources. Alternatively HRToolbench also provides in built salary grades tied to market indices as well. There is also a Pay Equity Assessor to identify employees that are at risk due to compensation issues, as well as a Merit Increase Planner to model salary increase recommendations based on performance.

Finally there is a Succession Planning module that has two purposes. First to evaluate employees and determine suitability for current and future advancements; and secondly also allowing employees to assess their own capabilities to qualify for promotion, as well as identifying any training needs to help in this endeavor.
