Users can automate workflows like interacting with third party systems and there are hooks throughout the system that can be used for triggering an action whenever projects, clients or vendors are updated or created. The marketing and sales features can help users to track clients and prospects, record appointments and call backs on shared event calendar and view clients, prospects and projects on a map.

Praesto AE provides engineering & architecture companies with project management solutions designed to meet their specific requirements. The product is available as an on premise solution and can be integrated with Quickbooks for financial management. In addition to project tracking features, there are options for time & resource management, scheduling & planning, as well as implementation design & proposal generation. Praesto AE can also manage sub-contractors within multiple projects and provides a CRM system to handle clients effectively.

Clearview Infocus in comparison also provides a similar project management solution for the same sector. However it is available as both an on premise as well as cloud based solution. The product has its own inbuilt accounting system for project billing & collections, and supports workflow automation to govern project processes.

Axium Ajera on the other hand offers mobility solutions but is only offered as a cloud based solution.
