InTouch Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

The Starter plan offers a client & introducer web portal along with a mobile app. It also provides features such as full case management, search provider integration, and quotes & instruction online forms along with unlimited user access. However, it does not offer an essential feature of client accounting to help users manage all client data and information in one place.

The Established plan, on the other hand, offers client accounting along with Xero accounting software integration. Moreover, there are unlimited email and document templates to take help. However, there is no reporting suite and API support to integrate other software.

Whereas the Enterprise plan offers unlimited document storage with easy-to-integrate APIs. Moreover, the users get a branded web portal and mobile app for client management.

As compared to Flevine, the features offered by InTouch in their Starter and Established plan are offered by Flevine in their Basic plan. Also, Flevine offers an audit trail, activity tracking, automatic backup, and calendar integration, which gives Flevine an edge over InTouch. App4Legal is another great alternative to InTouch, with a lower price range but a similar feature set.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

InTouch is a conveyancer software, which means it is a fit for lawyers specializing in real estate laws related to buying and selling properties. However, since the software is highly configurable you can easily customize it to use for other areas of law.  With a client portal, users can easily manage all of their clients.

The users can share information via notes and documents with the clients without having to use any external system. However, for integration with your accounting system, you might need to look beyond the Starter plan. Also, if you already have an existing system that you want to integrate with InTouch then you may look into the Enterprise plan.

Our Veredict

Although InTouch offers a wide range of features for practice management. However, the price is higher than the alternative practice management software. However, there is no additional fee required by InTouch but alternatives like App4Legal and BlueDot require users to pay an additional setup amount.

Even though there is no free trial provided by InTouch, they do offer users a demo of their system to help them understand the system and if it is the right fit for their organization. Moreover, InTouch is configurable as per your requirements but customizations for automation processes are limited.

Therefore, if your business requires a lot of automation than alternatives like GrowPath should be considered. Moreover, you can connect GrowPath with your OneDrive, giving it an edge over InTouch.
