IT Incident Software is cloud-based helpdesk management software enabling the users to make proper adjustments for enhanced productivity. This software can automate routing and assignment of requests so that it will be given to the right staff and be completed on time. It can also notify users with new service requests, generating reminders that are time-based and in escalating unresolved incidents for immediate action. This software enhances helpdesk management by minimizing the ownership cost and saving about 30 minutes for the time of the executive, which is in per service incident.
