What is KMS Lighthouse?

KMS Lighthouse is an on-premise and cloud-hosted customer relationship system that incorporates contact center knowledge and sales management tools in a single platform. The software solution enables customer care agents to receive a customer call by giving them access to relevant customer information.

KMS Lighthouse includes three product modules namely; Lighthouse Desktop, Lighthouse Self-Service Portal and Lighthouse Knowledge Bot. Through the self-service portal, users are able to publish content straight to the customers which help to divert traffic to their websites.

The software provides a knowledge database that is accessible to customer care reps while still handling customer inquiries. In addition, the software uses a language search technology which enables the reps to search for customer queries along with the answers, in a language that they prefer.
