The software allows new user to establish details about the hotel and comes with a front office module which facilitates management of checking in and checking out in addition to customer profiles. It also features housekeeping and laundry modules which support customizable cleaning methods and rates. Both modules can be seamlessly integrated with the front office module.Kott Hospitality Management offers multi-currency support and handles their conversions as well. It automatically calculates buy and sell amounts based on the daily rate entered. Additionally, phone history is recorded and reports can be created based on call data. The software also ports call entries to the guest bills and offers financial accounting functions.
