Kronos delivers industry specific solutions. For instance, for Hospitality industry Kronos can create complex schedules across multiple locations, allocate jobs to workers based on the skill, control labour costs and reduce irrelevant manual processes to name a few.

Kronos offers automated time and attendance feature that strives to reduce labour costs and manual work. Labour intensive tracking, data entry are some of the work process that Kronos simplifies. Users can chose the data capture option available to feed the system whether it is fixed amount time-clock, mobile application or a telephonic system. Scheduling and Absence management are some of the other features that Kronos offers to organisations.

Kronos Workforce Central on the other hand focuses on workforce management but includes many of the same features.
