Main features and functionalities

Journyx provides a point based system wherein rules can be created to automatically assign points to an employee based on time and attendance. These points can then be tied into pay and remuneration to reward or penalize employees based on their attendance, performance, work targets and other criteria.

Additionally Journyx provides companies with the facility to assign employees certifications to identify those with special privileges or capabilities, and this can be combined with facility access, pay rates as well job scheduling. The product also manages employee benefit accruals that cover such things as vacation days, sick days, excused days, and leave days to mention a few.

Journyx allows the setup of complex, rule based pay rules to ensure proper remuneration and can support any pay period, an unlimited number of pay categories and shift differentials. The product also supports companies with union-affiliated employees with the incorporation of union time and attendance rules that include briefing pay, schedule rotations as well as weighted overtime. In addition there is the facility to track and report on overtime to identify opportunities for savings and schedule optimization.

The product provides easy integration to a variety of ERP, Payroll, third party software and time clock systems and so can complement a company existing software setup. It is also customizable to match user requirements, provides support for multiple languages, and can be accessed via the web & through mobile devices.
