Contactability provides two key offerings to help your business improve lead conversion.

The first is Contact Concierge which provides an all-in-one marketing platform that incorporates lead management best practices to accelerate sales and improve customer retention. This includes effective lead capture by integration with multiple lead and traffic sources while automatically removing duplicate contacts to ensure a clean lead follow up list.

Once a lead is captured there is instant response technology to connect the lead via voice or email quickly. If the lead cannot be contacted the first time Contact Concierge will queue the lead for a defined set of follow-ups to maximize contact ratios. Finally once contact is made with the lead and it is qualified, the lead will be transferred to the relevant sales agent for follow up, with appointments and reminders automatically scheduled. There is also detailed reporting and dashboards available to monitor lead generation and conversion performance.

The second offering is LeadSites which provides the best practices in mobile and website design with search engine optimization that helps companies generate more leads and achieve higher

conversion rates as well. The websites are fully customizable with multiple designs and include hosting by Contactability. There are also plug-ins with social media for promotion purposes as well as analytics to monitor traffic and customers.
