Additionally the product supports best selling practices which can be implemented as part of the workflow to optimize the lead nurturing & conversion process. Velocify LeadManager also integrates a calling system with the product to handle all voice interactions with customers.

LeadMaster on the other hand supports marketing automation which includes customer segmentation for better targeting, as well as ROI analysis to evaluate campaign performance.
