Competitors & Alternatives

The main competitors for LeadMaster are Velocify LeadManager and VanillaSoft.

Velocify LeadManager models the entire lead lifecycle starting with capturing from web forms, email marketing campaigns, and independent lead generation sources. There is also an intelligent distribution facility which routes leads to the sales agent most likely to engage the customer and turn the lead into a sale. Additionally the product supports best selling practices which can be implemented as part of the workflow to optimize the lead nurturing & conversion process. Velocify LeadManager also integrates a calling system with the product to handle all voice interactions with customers.

LeadMaster on the other hand supports marketing automation which includes customer segmentation for better targeting, as well as ROI analysis to evaluate campaign performance. Additionally the product can score leads based on a number of configurable rules to identify those that need to be focused on, as well provide lead aging analysis to determine cause for non-conversion and develop marketing strategies to reconnect with these customers.

Then there is VanillaSoft which combines lead management with both phone & email marketing campaigns. The product supports workflow automation to manage the lead from capture to conversion, and also supports web landing pages for lead opt-ins as well. There is also a lead distribution service which enables routing to maximize customer engagement, as well as team based selling to handle multi- level lead development requirements.

LeadMaster does not fully support these features but includes reporting facilities & dashboards for analysis and review. The product also integrates workflow automation for lead development and supports product customization to meet business requirements.
