Velocify LeadManager models the entire lead lifecycle starting with capturing from web forms, email marketing campaigns, and independent lead generation sources. There is also an intelligent distribution facility which routes leads to the sales agent most likely to engage the customer and turn the lead into a sale. Additionally the product supports best selling practices which can be implemented as part of the workflow to optimize the lead nurturing & conversion process. Velocify LeadManager also integrates a calling system with the product to handle all voice interactions with customers.

LeadMaster on the other hand supports marketing automation which includes customer segmentation for better targeting, as well as ROI analysis to evaluate campaign performance.
