What is M-Files DMS?

M-Files DMS is a cloud-based content management solution designed to help the users manage, organize and monitor information and documents. The solution has hybrid deployments and can either be deployed as on-premise or as a cloud-based solution. Its core features include mobile access, permission management, version control, e-signature capabilities, document templates, automated workflows, and offline access among others.

The search engine lets the user search for documents via keywords, name, and document type and more. It also enables the user to search a document text. The co-authoring functionality lets the user edit documents simultaneously and send invitations to users, workgroups, and co-workers via sharing links. It integrates with third-party applications including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
