The Work Order module focuses on efficient workflow management. This includes receiving & assigning work requests, scheduling & managing service technicians, as well as recording service costs, job updates and measuring performance. There is support for rule based automated approvals & work order routing, as well as automated communication with customers to keep them updated on work order status.

Maintenance Edge also supports wireless access of the Work Order management module by mobile devices such as smart phones.
