It includes a Landlord free package that is free for 1-3 property units and a Property Manager Base plan suitable for more than four property units.The Property Manager Base plan featuring lease management, property management terms, and full accounting and reports, costs $10 for 4-10 property units; 11-20 units costs $20; 21-50 units cost $50, and for 51 units and above, the cost is priced at $1 per unit. For instance, 51 units cost $51 and 5000 property units cost $5000.
Also, website Subscriptions cost $15 per month, and customizing domain costs $10. There is also a $3 charge for every transaction done on ACH.
