The software was designed and launched by SpatialTED Inc headquartered in Massachusetts, United States.

Main features and functionalities

The software facilitates generation of multi-stop optimized routes for multiple clinicians and allows prioritization of critical patients as required. Reports of various sorts can be generated to manage reimbursements and drive efficiency. Color-coded symbols can be placed on the map to represent patients and clinicians. This color-coded visualization provides a quick planning tool for capacity assessment or emergency planning. The software also allows importing of clinician and patient databases for route scheduling.

MBO HomeCare offers push routes and turn-by-turn directions for mobile clinicians. Routes can be planned for the entire day with the calendar planning tool and route information emailed to the field based clinicians. Other important capabilities include address alert in case address needs correction, patient list sorted by proximity, patient database, and others.
