McCormick Software provides several levels of estimating including labor, pricing, as well as several ways to improve and enhance a construction processes. Clients can count on different assemblies all at the same time with the multiple takeoffs to improve flexibility and speed in estimating. The software also features the audit trail, where clients can view takeoff by breakout and create a customized bid.McCormick Systems started in 1979, and among the first systems implemented were used on the Apple II computer and a user base of one. McCormick's corporate offices are located in Chandler, Arizona. McCormick currently employs over thirty full time persons. The main office has offices for marketing, development, accounting, shipping and support. The McCormick System also features a dedicated learning center for product instruction.
