McCormick Systems is an electrical estimating software program. McCormick Software provides several levels of estimating including labor, pricing, as well as several ways to improve and enhance a construction processes. Clients can count on different assemblies all at the same time with the multiple takeoffs to improve flexibility and speed in estimating. The software also features the audit trail, where clients can view takeoff by breakout and create a customized bid.

McCormick Systems started in 1979, and among the first systems implemented were used on the Apple II computer and a user base of one. McCormick's corporate offices are located in Chandler, Arizona. McCormick currently employs over thirty full time persons. The main office has offices for marketing, development, accounting, shipping and support. The McCormick System also features a dedicated learning center for product instruction.

McCormick Software can help your business through its broad integration capabilities. This means that the software can be integrated easily with other systems and programs. The software is also able to transfer data to other programs such as Excel, Sage Timberline, AutoDesk, on center’s On-Screen Takeoff, and QuickBooks, including many others programs. The software can help several businesses and companies that range from a single contractor, to a large industrial contracting firm.

The software also features a database for contractors that are involved in fire alarms, transmission, HVAC controls, distribution, low voltage, surveillance, fiber optics and other electrical system industry trades. Other applications that can be purchased, either one by one or as a package, includes service management, takeoff, bid management, and estimating. The software also features applications for project management and Job Tracking. These features can only be purchased as part of a larger system. All of the software features such as on-screen estimating, change order tracking and functionality, CAD and real time material billing is included in the software.
