Dynamics 365 Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

While the price difference between each plan might seem pretty balanced, the distribution of features for each plan varies widely.

For example, the Professional plan while priced modestly at $65 has few features. Even basic features like sales execution, customization, and Microsoft 365 integration are available in limited capacities. On the other hand, the Enterprise plan has a lot to offer at only $95. It offers a mix of limited and fully-included features.

The third plan, Premium probably offers the maximum benefit in terms of features, but it does not come cheap. However, it might be worth it when compared with the Relationship Sales plan as the latter does not offer as many additional features but includes the LinkedIn Sales Enterprise plan with it. Dynamics 365 Sales also offers Viva Sales which is an add-on at $40 per user per month. This add-on is available at an additional cost for the Professional plan but is included with the Enterprise and Premium plans.

Dynamic 365 Sales does not offer free plans unlike some of its competitors like Zoho CRM and HubSpot Sales Hub.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the closest competitor to Dynamics 365 Sales. It offers most of the same features at a slightly lower price, starting at $25 per user per month for a maximum of 10 users for the Essential edition.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Dynamics 365 Sales is designed to offer all features ranging from basic to advanced that any sales CRM could have. However, due to the pricing structure and distribution of features among each plan, selecting the right plan will depend on the company budget, business needs, and team size.

The Professional plan is too limiting but can be sufficient for those looking to experiment with the sales software.

All plans after Enterprise Sales offer useful features that could benefit teams of all sizes. Finally, we think Dynamics 365 Sales can be a good fit for all kinds of enterprises searching for an efficient CRM to take care of all their sales needs.
