MultiFlex Retail (RMS) vs. Alternatives in 2024

Some of the main competitors of Multiflex RMS include Retail Anywhere and Fusion Retail.

Retail Anywhere provides a cloud based retail solution with support for mobile point of sales units. As it is part of the Netsuite enterprise portfolio, customers also have the option to extend the product with other enterprise functions. Its main features include financials, customer management, marketing as well as inventory management. The product can also integrate with web stores to handle online shopping requirements.

Multiflex RMS on the other hand is available as an on premise or cloud based solution, but also offers a hybrid option to leverage the best of both deployment models. While it does provide similar features to Retail Anywhere, unlike that product it integrates to third party applications for additional functions such as Quickbooks for financial management. Additionally Multiflex RMS also supports mobile devices for customer review and payment.

Then there is Fusion Retail which provides a cloud based retail management system that allows staff and users to access & update the application via mobile devices. There is also support for payroll management to handle staff compensation, as well as business analytic tools to monitor sales performance with KPIs. There is also a CRM system which supports customer loyalty programs and the product can handle multi-store operations as well.

In comparison Multiflex RMS offers a managed service option which allows customers to outsource most of their retail operations to the vendor. However the product can also address multiple stores and includes a customer loyalty program similar to Fusion Retail.
