The software facilitates processing of an unlimited number of units and creates owner drawers as checks in QuickBooks. Descriptions of billing statement form can be customized to fit specific needs. The software gives the option of specifying free rent for a month during which the tenant will not be charged any amount. Additionally, it also facilitates automatic calculation of late rent charges.MyProp helps in printing and storing tenant invoices and maintains a database of tenants. It comes with a property management fee calculator to estimate fee for each building. Due dates can be set for lease expiration sales tax can be calculated for tenant billing. Other capabilities include lease escalation, cash receipts management, work order management, and others.
