It is an application that helps streamline processes in financial management, clinical care, and population health. NextGen Practice Management enables users to configure clinical workflows and automate the backend workload.

Besides helping the healthcare providers offer a coordinated-patient experience, Next Gen also helps automate clinical and administrative tasks including scheduling, patient billing, appointment, and claims status checking and processing among others.
