Nextiva Business VoIP is cloud-based communication, collaboration, call center and telephony services designed for small businesses in multiple industry verticals. The solution helps the user eliminate the need for the traditional phone system. The core packages include scalable PBX trunks, VoIP phone systems, online faxing and hosted call centers.

Some of its key features include caller ID, advanced call routing, conference phones and mobile integration and more. The call center systems come in two versions that include Call Center Pro and Call Center Enterprise. The call center is ideal SMB phone centers.

The call center Enterprise provides tools for DNIS support and outgoing call control. The Operating System(s) include Mac OS, and Web browser (OS agnostic). It offers business text messaging, VoIP app and phones and vFax and more.
