OneSite Leasing & Rents is a cloud-based property management software built for small to large companies. It has write-offs, late fee processing, skip handling, central reporting, lease expiration, payment processing, document management, CRM, and Move In and Move Out processing features.

It helps owners manage tenant cycle seamlessly. RealPage, Inc. created this solution in 1998. It was currently based in Richardson, Texas with up to 10,000 employees serving more than 12,000 customers across the globe.

Main features and functionalities

The software offers a variety of financial management capabilities for real estate properties including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and investment management. For automatic budgeting, the software pulls information from other components of the software as well as third party sources. For accurate adjustment of budgets, the forecasting is offered in real-time. The software also offers tracking of all investments from a central control center.

OneSite optimizes the property maintenance process and eliminates the cumbersome paper-work. Unit inspection can be performed quickly and efficiently and a record of past inspection is maintained. Other important capabilities include performance monitoring, document storage and sharing, profit and loss reports, financial statements per property, and third party integration etc.
