ONLYOFFICE software formerly TeamLab is collaborative Open source office suite that is built for business entities of all sizes. The software is available both as cloud-based and on on-premise platforms. ONLYOFFICE software is a product of Ascensio System SIA, a software company that is headquartered in Riga, Latvia.The core features of ONLYOFFICE software include corporate communication, online document editors, mail, project management tools as well as document management platform. It supports Web browser (OS agnostic), Mac OS and Windows 10 operating systems.
The editor provides co-editing with chat, revision, and comments, among other features. It also integrates with Nextcloud, Sharepoint, Alfresco, ownCloud, CommuniGate, Confluence, and more.

ONLYOFFICE Workspace pricing is based on deployment options, with separate pricing schedules for Cloud Service and Server Enterprise plans. A free trial is available for the Cloud Service, and also free forever plans.Cloud Service has three plans, namely Personal, Startup, and Business. Personal is free forever, and the plan covers one user and 2GB of storage space. Startup pricing starts at $0/user/month, with a free trial of the Business plan, five users, and 2GB storage space per portal. Business pricing starts at $6 per user per month, billed monthly, with a minimum of three users and 100GB of storage space per user.
Server Enterprise has three plans, namely Enterprise, Enterprise Plus, and Enterprise Premium. The pricing model is based on a lifetime license fee per server and 50 users. Enterprise pricing starts at $2200 per server, Enterprise Plus pricing starts at $3300 per server, and Enterprise Premium pricing starts at $4450 per server.
