The software offers unlimited calling support in US and Canada along with such calling features as caller ID and name, E911 service, free number transfer, low international rates, and toll-free numbers. It also offers call forwarding and voicemail forwarding in addition to multi-ring and virtual extensions.

Ooma allows setting up of extensions nearly anywhere in the office without any need of running new cabling or wiring. It also offers virtual receptionist in addition to extension dialing and voicemail support.
