The main features of the software include Diagnostics, Goal Tracking, Skills Inventory Management, real-time feedbacks and much more. This software is a subsidiary of Culture Amp Pty Ltd, a computer software company that was established in 2010 and has its headquarters in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. It has about 500 employees.
