It offers a number of functionalities that include 360 degrees performance reviews that creates custom reviews and appraisals that fits an organization. The attendance module keeps track of what the employees are doing on a day-to-day basis.

The recruitment module allows the human resource to hire new employees passing through a customized workflow. The solution can also generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on attendance, leave and absence records. Performly software is a product of Performly, which is a company that is based in Egypt.

The enterprise plan has a price of $3 per user per month and includes unlimited integrations, business cards requests, transportation among others.1-250 users are priced at $1.5 per user per month, 250-500 at $1.2 per user per month, 500-1500 at $0.5 per user per month and 1500 plus users at $0.2 per user per month.
