What are their main features and functionalities?

The software allows printing, scheduling, and tracking of work orders based on various important parameters such as job type, location, equipment, and data etc. Completion of a work order or change in status is notified in real time to the administrator. Other work order capabilities include inventory tracking, multiple approval levels, worker timecards, asset replacement budgeting, and others.

Performo features protective maintenance for protection of asset value and reduction in the equipment downtime. Clients can create pre-formatted reports as well as summary of completed orders along with their costs. Other important capabilities include customizable user interface, analysis of work order timelines, and integration with the existing systems.

Who are their main alternatives?

Sprocket CMMS is a facility asset management solution which includes spare parts management, preventative maintenance, and capital planning & budgeting. There is also a module for trend reporting with KPIs and dashboards for effective analytics, as well as support for work order management, inspections, as well as inventory control.

Performo on the other hand focuses on real estate and facility management. Its features include asset & performance management, and property administration for management of rented & owned properties. In addition there is a Capital Program Management module that focuses on asset and facilities management for construction projects. Finally there is an API tool kit which offers easy integration to a variety of third party software options. These features are not fully supported by Sprocket CMMS.

Then there is Agile Assets which focuses on infrastructure assets such as bridges, railways, pipelines and telecommunications towers in addition to regular facilities and equipment. Performo does not support these but it does include real estate management which is not present in Agile Assets. Additionally the product is also mobile device ready and can be accessed remotely, and also includes a Network Manager for visual representation of asset location, status and maintenance. These features are not currently supported by Performo although the application can be accessed via a normal web browser.

Agile Assets also comes with three deployment options which include hosting by the client, managed hosting or cloud hosted solutions. In comparison Performa can be provided as an on premise application or as a hosted cloud based solution.
