PlanHub is a cloud-based construction estimation software for all contractors and supplier businesses to share project files and information, post and make bids, advertise available projects for sale, and search for contractors. These functionalities make work more convenient, stress-free, and organized. PlanHub possesses ready features like activity tracking, instant messaging, bid calendars, and invitation sending.

The software, which aims to link contractors around the world and facilitate construction projects, was founded in 2015 by Kyle Conlan and Kevin Priddy. It is currently based in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States, and has a workforce size of about 54 employees.

PlanHub pricing is based on the user type, namely General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Supplier. Free plans and a free trial offer are available. For General Contractors, PlanHub is free. PlanHub for Supplier has three plans, namely Free, Pro, and Nationwide. Free is a free forever plan, while the pricing for Pro and Nationwide are undisclosed.

PlanHub for Subcontractors pricing is based on three plans: Basic, Premier, and Nationwide. Basic is a free trial offer. Premier pricing is based on the miles in the perimeter and billed annually with a 50-mile radius at $1,199, a 100-mile radius at $1,499, a 150-mile radius at $1,699, a 200-mile radius at $1,999, a 350-mile radius at $2,499, the 500-mile radius at $2,999, and 1000-mile radius at $3,499. The pricing for the Nationwide plan is undisclosed.
