The software offers comprehensive file management and sharing capabilities and provides integration with major file sharing systems including Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, One Drive, and others. Its project management services include calendars, timelines, and project hierarchy management.

Podio offers task management capabilities of stakeholder assignment, grouping of tasks by projects, set priorities, task history, and to-do lists.
