The software also comes with a field service module that can help users to track field technician activities and synchronize them automatically with the corporate server.

BravePoint, the company behind ProfitZoom, is an IT services company founded back in 1987. The company has been providing, application development, consulting and training to a wide range of clients worldwide. The software also offers a customer portal where AHJs and customers can access directly to their required inspection reports and work site information. The services suite comes with dispatch and routing, service order, contracts management and service history features.
