PrognoCIS EMR is a cloud-based electronic medical records (EMR) solution which is designed to assist medical facilities and practitioners manage patient medical recording. The software is ICD-10 compliant and MU certified core features include integrated modules for EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Portal.

It provides customizable EHR workflow and content for hospitals and clinics. The patient portal module lets the doctors securely communicate with the patients, share details like lab results, and schedule appointments and more.

The e-prescription feature allows the medical practitioners generate electronic prescription for their patients and share the prescription with them and with the pharmacy stores. The in-built e-signature feature allows both the doctors and the patients electronically sign medical bills among other documents within EMR or patient portal.
