Project DocControl comes with Request for Information, change orders, correspondence, submittals, emails, pay applications and more. Users can track and generate RFIs using this software branded with their own company logo, track average turnaround times, response times, receive notifications when replies are overdue and link RFIs to other connected documents.

The submittals part can help users to create all project submittals in once place, attach drawing and cut sheets directly to submittal log, automatically track responses, submittal status, turnaround time, approvals and more.

The transmittal part can generate letters of transmittal in less than a minute, link transmittals to relevant document to ensure solid audit trail.
