  • Purchase Order: With this feature, purchase orders are issued and electronically routed to vendors. Change orders can be requested, approved, and managed.
  • Supplier Manager: Purchasers use ProjecTools procurement software to track and score suppliers for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB).
  • Material Manager: All disclosed purchase order and change order information is available to authorized materials managers anywhere in the world, thanks to the integration with ProjecTools Procurement.

The Essential plan comes with features such as Unlimited Projects, 25 User Licenses, Unlimited Email Support, Unlimited Online Help, Unlimited Online Videos, Unlimited Phone Support, 250 GB File Storage, Daily Backups, Redundant Servers in different AWS Regions, Home Page, Supplier Page, etc. The Advanced plan comes with everything in Enterprise plus 50 User Licenses and 500 GB File Storage, Sixteen (16) hours of remote implementation and/or training during month one, Four (4) hours of dedicated GoToMeeting or Zoom support per month.

The Professional plan comes with everything in Advanced plus 100 User Licenses, 1 TB File Storage, Forty (40) hours of remote or onsite implementation and/or training during month one, Sixteen (16) hours of dedicated GoToMeeting or Zoom support per month. The Enterprise comes with all Professional Features plus a Dedicated Account Manager, Custom Integrations, Dedicated support, Managed Data Imports, and a 10% Discount for Project Services.
