Main features and functionalities

Core project management capabilities of the software include interactive Gantt chart support, calendars and timelines, project templates, reporting and scheduling, and support for multiple projects. It offers collaboration through online discussions, online proofing, document sharing, instant messaging, forums, and social collaboration platform. Project and staff hours can be tracked both manually as well as using an automatic timer, and email notifications can be generated for important events and incidents.

ProofHub offers task management features like to-do lists, sub-tasks, task history, and grouping of tasks by projects. Other important capabilities include allocation of resources by skill sets, custom roles, custom labels, and role based permissions etc. ProofHub is also available on Android and iOS platforms for mobile users.

There are two plans for ProofHub. The Essential and the Ultimate Control. The Price for Essential starts from $45 per month if billed annually or $50 per month basis. The price for Ultimate starts from $89 per month if billed annually or $99 per month basis. In Essential you can add 40 projects while there are unlimited projects in Ultimate Control.
