It has been specifically designed for real estate business but can also be used in such sectors as engineering services, construction works, property rentals, and others. Some major customers of the software include Intero Real Estate and Stevenson Commercial etc.

Features

The software offers management of business deals and comps for effective validation of negotiations. It helps organizations keep track of comparables and build their own databases. Clients can keep track of their market and maintain their own transaction values. The software also renders assistance in the migration of contacts and history.

Propertybase can be integrated with third party systems such as ACT and REA with seamless migration of data from these sources. Other than support for a variety of data formats, the software allows the creation of reports with custom fields. Clients can keep track of different deal stages and can effectively forecast commission potentials.

Competitors & Alternatives

Rethink provides a cloud based CRM solution for real estate that is also accessible via mobile devices. There are two options available with one for residential properties and the other for commercial properties. Rethink includes options for property listings, collaboration with clients and brokers, intelligent requirement matching, as well as pipeline building and sales tracking.

In comparison Propertybase also offers residential and commercial options, but includes one for property developers as well. Additionally there are options for sales forecasting and integration with Financial Force and Quckbooks for Financials, as well as a number of marketing, collaboration and administration tools which Rethink does not provide.

Scoro on the other hand provides a more comprehensive real estate management portfolio that includes property management, invoicing & budgeting, time management as well as CRM, sales and marketing. It also provides an API interface that allows easy integration of the software with numerous third party tools.

However Propertybase provides its users with a free trial that Scoro does not. This allows customers to decide the best application fit for their requirements. Additionally the product is built on the Salesforce.com platform, and is tightly integrated to the product with easy access to complementary apps and tools from the Salesforce.com App exchange.

Propertybase also offers two price packages focused on companies and enterprises and is not meant for single agents or brokers, but for teams of real estate agents. In comparison Rethink offers three versions which are Lite, Basic and Premium which are scaled to different user requirements for both residential and commercial users..
