Ziiva, the company behind Prosperity, has been providing learning management solutions since 1998. The company is headquartered in Virginia and offers LMS solution for a wide range of companies starting from smaller companies to Fortune 50 companies. Prosperity LMS is available in two different versions: Corporate and Signature. The corporate version is for training your employees and customers and the signature version is designed for training vendors. The Corporate version features hosting with customer support and 2 payment options, administration features with support for corporate hierarchy, flexible levels, audit trails, structured learning plan, multiple learning portals and learning groups. Other notable features are: instructor led training support, online training support and external training support and delivery features.

The signature part is for training vendors with payment processing, multiple portal support, client admin rights, shopping cart and flexible reporting features. The CC processing part supports PayPal and BluePay. The flexible payment methods offer CC, purchase order, coupon codes, invoice and corporate discounts support. Other notable features are closed book tests, random verification questions, assigning admin rights to clients and end user support for students.

Training can be delivered for employees & channel partners, customers and also to meet regulatory & compliance requirements. Its features include online course creation & content management, test facilities, as well as surveys to determine training effectiveness.

Prosperity on the other hand delivers learning solutions for both corporate HR departments, as well as training companies who deliver learning solutions to businesses. For internal training there are portals for students to manage their courses, study materials, tests and certifications. While for training companies there is support for e-commerce websites to purchase courses, with portals for large accounts to handle complex training requirements.

Then there is Accessplanit which focuses on delivery a learning management system only for training companies. It is available only in the cloud and supports a modular architecture so companies can choose the options they need.
